1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using KidDone (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use KidDone on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial family use.

3. Parental Responsibility

KidDone is a tool for parents and guardians to manage tasks and rewards for their children. You are responsible for the tasks, rewards, and any real-world arrangements (such as allowances or treats) you choose to set up and fulfill. Coins in the app are a motivational tool with no real-world monetary value.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

KidDone offers an optional Premium subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.
• Do not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the app or its assets.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, including its artwork, characters, and code, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights in the app.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
