Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using KidDone ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for use by parents and guardians aged 18 or older who are supervising minor children. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your device.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial family use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
4. Subscriptions & billing
KidDone offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) that unlock Premium features. By subscribing you authorise Apple to charge your Apple ID account on a recurring basis at the price confirmed at purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
Free trial. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Refunds. All billing is managed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. User content
You retain full ownership of any content you create in the App (tasks, rewards, photos). Because all data is stored locally on your device, we have no access to your content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or decompile the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to extract, scrape, or copy proprietary elements of the App.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KIDDONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
