Privacy Policy

1. Overview
KidDone ("the App") is designed with privacy at its core. The App works offline, requires no account, and stores all family data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
2. Data we collect
We collect no personal data. All information you enter — children's names, tasks, coins, rewards, and photos — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks (SwiftData / Core Data). Nothing is uploaded to our servers because we operate no servers that store user data.
3. Children's privacy (COPPA)
KidDone is intended as a parental tool. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Because the App stores data only on your device and requires no registration, no child data ever reaches us.
4. Photos
When a child takes a photo as task proof, that image is saved to your device only. It is never uploaded, shared, or processed by us or any third party.
5. Analytics & third-party SDKs
The App does not include analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or crash-reporting tools that transmit personal data. Any future integration of crash reporting will be done with fully anonymised, aggregate data only, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
6. In-app purchases & subscriptions
Subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. KidDone never sees your payment details. For information on how Apple handles your billing data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
7. Data deletion
Because we hold no data, there is nothing to delete on our end. To remove all App data, simply delete KidDone from your device. iCloud Backup retention is controlled by your device's iCloud settings.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
